Irving's was started in 1988 by Jack and David Schoenholtz with help from their father (Murray) and their uncle (Irving!).

When Jack and David started, they knew they had to find their niche in a highly competitive environment by holding very high standards for the quality of food and service they provided their customers. Although their store location has changed several times and their business grew considerably, they still hold the ideas of great food and great service near and dear to their hearts.
